Peak Season:

• Summer: July 1, 2025, to September 14, 2026
• Winter: December 20, 2025, to January 7, 2026

The price range is between €65 and €95 per night for two people. The apartment offers sleeping accommodations for two additional guests at a rate of €15 per person/night. Children under 3 years stay for free.
For short stays of less than 4 nights, a cleaning fee of €70 applies. Discounted weekly and monthly rates are available for longer stays.
Please note that the local tourist tax of €2 per person (ages 16+)/day for the municipality of Oberaudorf is added to the nightly rate. In return, the municipal guest card offers various discounts.

The following services are included in the price:

• Wi-Fi throughout the entire holiday complex
• Fully furnished apartment with flat-screen TV, book box & info folder
• Balcony table with chairs
• Extensively equipped kitchen: 2-burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee and espresso machine, egg boiler, kettle, complete sets of dishes, cutlery and glasses, pots, and a SodaStream water carbonator
• Bed linen, hand and bath towels, as well as two tea towels
• Dish soap, sponge, napkins, tissues, toilet paper
• Vinegar, oil, spices
• Electricity, water, heating
• Bread roll service at the reception (except on Sundays and public holidays)
• Reception service
• Final cleaning (for stays of 4 nights or more)

Stornierungsbedingungen:

Für den Fall, dass sie die Reise in die Bergoase nicht antreten können gilt:

50% der Übernachtungskosten werden bis zwei Wochen vor Reiseantritt als Stornierungsgebühr fällig und danach ist bei Nichtantritt der gesamte Übernachtungspreis zu zahlen. 

Wir empfehlen Ihnen daher den Abschluss der Storno-Versicherung der Europäischen Reiseversicherung, um sie vor den finanziellen Folgen eines Nichtantritts oder Abbruchs Ihres Aufenthalts zu bewahren.

Versichert sind wichtige Gründe wie Erkrankung, Unfall, Arbeitslosigkeit usw.. Dies gilt auch, wenn einer dieser Fälle bei Ihren Angehörigen eintritt.
